There is a 50% payment due to begin.
Both parties sign a secure, legally binding (and convenient) digital contract. Everything is spelled out clearly and in plain English. No advanced legalese or law degree required.

We’re not your average code monkeys. We’re valuable partners for your business.
What are your main goals for your new site? Are you trying to get away from tired and ugly design? Want to eliminate downtime, maintenance, and updates? Site going slow? Low conversion rates costing you sales?
Our questionnaire clarifies what you need, what you do, who you do it for, your mission, and of course… your design style which will be used on your new style guide page.

Management
GET PEACE OF MIND BY MONITORING YOUR PROJECT
We use an app called Nifty which combines chat, project management, and docs! We’ll set up a Nifty board just for your project, so you can stay in touch with us every step of the way. We’re not playing hide and seek like some agencies. We’re here when you need us.

CONTENT DEVELOPMENT
This part is where we need you the most! You can provide a word or google doc with the text for your new site. (Need help writing? Hire one of our writing experts).
Our user experience experts will help you plan pages and ideal user flows with a sitemap tailored to meet your business goals.

Step
DESIGN!
Sort through our collection of sample sites and tell us what you like! This will help us hone in on your design direction and create something similar… but entirely unique to you!
Once you’ve chosen a direction, we’ll create imagery specifically for you and test it out on your home page. Logo, illustration, photos, fonts, and colors. All the ingredients for good web design… and an effective brand!
Most feedback and revisions happen at this stage. It’s all smooth flying from here!

DEVELOP
We get started by setting up WordPress and Elementor on a temporary domain where you can view all the live progress. This ensures there’s no downtime on your current website while we are creating the new one.
If you have any blog posts or products on another website, we’ll move those over to your new site at no additional cost.

LAUNCH
The moment you’ve been waiting for! Your new site is already set up and just waiting to take off!
We test everything to verify all contact forms, integrations, and email addresses are working correctly.
Then, we double check your site loads quickly to increase conversions.
After the final 50% payment is made, we point the real domain name to your new site and.. BAM! Your new site is live!

MANAGED HOSTING
Each new site we create comes with one month of free managed hosting.
If you choose to stay with our hosting, you can say goodbye to worrying about WordPress updates, downtime, and broken sites. Plus, there are no pageview/traffic limits.
Your site is backed up once a day and backups are kept on file for 30 days.
Includes WordPress and plugin updates, security monitoring, and threat management.

TRAINING
You’ll love how easy it is to use your new Elementor website! Your new site’s dashboard will include training videos showing you exactly how to edit the text and images of each page, make new blog posts, add new products, and even add new pages using the existing pages as templates! It’s WordPress as it was meant to be… fun and easy!

Optimization
DO YOU NEED SEO?
We’ll connect you with one of our SEO partners for keyword targeting, on-page optimization, and even content creation and marketing.
Ever share a link on social media and get surprised by the random image and text that appears in the preview? We’ll make sure every page we create has the proper description and featured image.
We’ll check each page is optimized for your relevant keywords to make sure search engines know what your page is about and what to rank it for. It’s just good practice.
Not sure what keywords to use? Ask about our keyword targeting service! We can identify keywords that are ideal both for your users AND have less competition for the traffic. It’s just one more piece to getting you that coveted #1 spot on search engines.
